Returns & exchanges

The window

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

• Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
• Original tags attached and in the original packaging
• Innerwear, socks and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to return

Open My orders, choose the order and select Return. Pick the item, the reason, and whether you want a refund or a different size. We arrange the pickup.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and passes a quality check, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to your bank account.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free and ship as soon as the returned item is collected, subject to stock.
